She is Getting So BIG

Annalyse is now 7 years old! I love the little women she is becoming. She is so helpful and loving. She is extremely creative and loves to make something out of nothing. She is a wonderful big sister and a good example in our home. I love you so much Annalyse!

Her morning hair is the best! She was pretty excited to have breakfast in bed.
All ready for school in her birthday dress.
After school we went mini bowling, it was a lot of fun.

We also got to play some arcade games.

 PARTY TIME
Annalyse can't wait to get her ears pierced, but loves her new clip-on earrings.

A new piece from Grandma for her birthday train.

Annalyse wanted a "Chinese cake" so this is what I came up with. She loved it!

Our Halloween Fun

We had a blast at our church's chili cook-off and trunk or treat. The kids loved being able to dress up and get a lot of candy.
Carving pumpkins is a wonderful tradition, Rome and Annalyse really got into it this year. Adalynn on the other hand wasn't too thrilled about it.
It was great to have Grammy Diane there to help out.
Adalynn's finished product.
 Romes pumpkin head.
(This is what I get when I say, "Show me your pumpkin".)
 Annalyse's castle was beautiful!
We were able to trick-or-treat with the La Cognata's, Bennion's, and Grandma and Grandpa. Everyone looked great!
My pirate band and our cute parrot.
Adalynn might not have understood going door to door or dressing up, but she definitely has the eating the candy part down.

9 Years

Seth and I have been married for 9 years! It doesn't seem like it has been that long, but here we are. We went on a little "daycation" and explored some little towns in Utah up by Park City.

We were able to relax and spend time together, just us.

We went to the hot springs in Midway. They were awesome, and there were only a couple of other people there.

The water was warm and perdect. There was a little current that would slowly push you around the cave, so we just floated around.

They had seats set up on the sides of the dock that were like hot tubs.

It was a great day! I love you babe, happy anniversary!

Fall Fun

Annalyse's 1st soccer season has come to an end. She had a lot of fun and I think we will be seeing her play it again.

We wanted to get some pumpkins so we decided to go the Evan's Family Farm to have some fun too.
Adalynn loves to be outside and was excited to explore all the new things.

Rome really liked all the farm animals and wanted to go back and pet them again and again.

Rome was also a big fan of the corn pit. He would jump in and bury himself, he ended up bringing home a few corn kernels.
There was a hay bale maze and a corn maze, Annalyse loved both and wanted to be the leader. We all made it out, so she did a pretty good job.

The kids got to pick their own pumpkin, it was a pretty hard choice.

Riding the horses was a highlight for both of these two.

I love how the trees change in the fall and all the beautiful colors. We went on a walk down Provo Canyon, and we all loved it.
We only have small skinny trees in out neighborhood and there aren't many leaves so the kids loved being able to actually play in the leaves.

 I love my cute kids!
